What we collect

When you submit a scenario form, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone, property state and type, loan purpose, estimated value and loan amount, occupancy declaration and your message. We also collect technical context with the form: the page you submitted from, the address of the page that brought you to us, campaign parameters (such as utm_source) and ad click identifiers (gclid, fbclid) when present, so we know which outreach is working. Our servers also receive your IP address with the request, which is passed to our lead systems for fraud prevention and consent records.

We store first-touch campaign context in your browser’s session storage so it can be sent with your form submission. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use the information to respond to your request: reviewing your scenario, matching it to wholesale lender programs, and contacting you by email, phone or text as you consented in the form. With your consent, your information may be shared with the lender(s) evaluating your scenario and with service providers that operate our lead systems. We do not sell your personal information.

Texts and calls

Submitting the form with the consent box checked authorizes Loan Daddy LLC to contact you about your request by email, phone or text. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Retention and security

We keep lead records as long as needed to service your request and meet recordkeeping obligations, and we protect them with industry-standard safeguards. No website transmission is perfectly secure; send only what the form asks for.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by replying to any message we send or submitting a note through the site. Opting out of texts is instant via STOP.
